This is regarding Bacterial transformation(Question no. 6)
All the mentioned components are used in the buffers for transformation( Reference Shambrook and Russel)
KCl is used in making Transformation Buffer(TFB) whereas a solution of CaCl2 and MgCl2 is used or making competent cells.
